Ordinary Portland Cement
Ordinary Portland Cement is most commonly used in around the World. These cement is generally suitable for all concrete construction. It's most widely produced and used this type of cement. Ordinary Portland cement is produce annual 3.8 million cubic meter per year.

Portland Pozzolana Cement
Portland Pozzolana cement is manufactured by grinding Pozzolana clinker with Portland cement and addition of Gypsum or Calcium Sulphate
This cement has high resistance to various chemical attacks on concrete as compared with ordinary Portland cement.. It's also widely used. Its is used in dams, piers , bridge , sewage works.

Rapid Hardening Cement
Rapid Hardening Cement gets high strength in few days . it's used where formwork are removed at an early stage and it is similar to Ordinary Portland cement.
The strength of Rapid Hardening cement gets 3 to 7 days and the water cement ratio is similar to ordinary Portland cement ( p.p.c) . The advantage is R.H.C . if Formwork removed quickly then work of construction is increase and the cost of construction is decrease.
(4). Quick Sitting Cement
The difference between Rapid Hardening Cement and Quick Sitting Cement in which Rapid hardening cement get strength quickly as compare to quick sitting cement. But both similar to ordinary Portland cement . In both case formwork remove earlier.

Low Heat Cement
Low Heat cement is prepared by maintaining the percentage of tricalcium aluminate below 6% by the proportion of C2S. This cement is produce low heat of hydration and this type cement is uses in gravity dams , as the low heat of hydration prevalents the cracking of concrete due to heat . The low heat cement initial sitting time is greater then O.P.C

Sulphate Resisting Cement
Sulphate Resisting Cement used to reduce sulphate attack on concrete and this is used in foundation construction . where soil has high content. Sulphate resisting cement is used in construction exposed to strong sulphate action by water and soil in place like canals lining , culverts , retaining wall etc.

Blast Furnace Slag Cement
Blast Furnace slag cement is manufactured by grinding the clinkers with 60% slag and partake more or less properties of Portland cement. It can be used for works economic.

High Alumina Cement
High Alumina Cement is manufactured by melting mixture of bauxite and lime and grinding with the clinkers. It is same as a rapid hardening cement with initial and final sitting time is 3.5 and 5 hours . The compare strength and workability is high as a compare ordinary Portland cement . it is use where temperature is high and frost and acidic action.

White Cement
It is prepared from raw materials free from iron oxide and this same is ordinary Portland cement. But it is white color . It is costly and used in architectural purpose such as precast curtain wall , facing panels , terrazzo surface etc. And its also use in external and internal decorate the work like facing slab , flooring , swimming pool , path of garden etc.

Color cement
It is prepared by mixing pigment mineral 5-10% with ordinary cement. This are widely used for decorative works in floor.
(11). Air Entraining Cement
Air Entraining Cement is prepared by adding indigenous air entraining agent such as glues , sodium salts of sulphate etc during the grinding of clinkers. This cement is improve workability with small water cement ratio and improve frost resistance of concrete.

Expansive Cement
Expansive Cement extent with time and dose not shrink during and after the time of Hardening. This cement is mainly used in anchor bolts and prestressed concrete.

Hydrographic Cement
Highdrographic Cement is prepared by mixing water repelling chemical and get the high strength and workability. It is mainly use in construction water structure such as dams , water tank , spilling , water retaining structure.
